Well time has come to upgrade the stock brakes a notch. Right now everything about my brakes are stock. Normal rotors, unknown brake pads, unknown brake fluid and normal brake lines. I plan on changing all the rotors, installing SS lines, Changing the pads and completely flushing the old brake fluid and using a new brake fluid. Also going to purchase a brake master cylinder brace also. At the moment I'm looking at two package deals that Coz sells on his site. I don't want to buy the parts individually since it's more of a hassle waiting for all of them to come in and what not. I need oppinions on which package to get. The car is street used and a daily driver. >>>Package 1- CZP 300ZX Upgraded Brake Kit - Brembo La-Z-Link
Includes: Brembo Rotors (Combination of Cross Drilled, Slotted and Dimpled) PBR Metal Master pads (front and back) SS Brake Lines (front and back) ATE Super Blue Brake Fluid (1 Liter) Pros: Includes everything needed. Good for a person on a budget. Cons: $50 shipping fee. Not enough brake fluid to completely flush the system?.. >>>Package 2 - StopTech 300ZX Stage 2 Package, $1 Shipping La-Z-Link
Includes: Stoptech Front & Rear Rotors (Cross-Drilled or Slotted) Front & Rear Axxis Ultimate Pads Front & Rear Stoptech Brake Lines 3 Bottles of Motul Racing Fluid
Pros: Includes everything needed. $1 shipping is great. Cons: A bit more pricey. Takes 1-2 weeks to ship. Totall: Package 1: 450 + 50 (shipping) + 40 (master cylinder brace) + 8 (shipping on the brace) = $548. Package 2: 599 + 1 (shipping) + 40 (master cylinder brace) + 8 (shipping on the brace) = 648. Which one would you guys recommend for a 2+2 NA that is street driven. The first package will save me $100 but I don't want to save $100 dollars if that means I will have less quality brakes. I don't want to cheap out on brakes since they are very important and I already had enough close calls. If you guys have any oppinions go ahead and post. Always glad to hear what people have to say about these matters. Thank you :)
